[...] It’s finally there: the “official” Soca Warriors song, the soundtrack for the soccer team of Trinidad & Tobago. As mentioned earlier the song wasn’t produced by one of the countless talents in the country – no, it comes out of the UK. It is not really soca, it’s more a boring popsong with some 80s-soca flavour. But have a listen on myspace. Btw anyone remember this tune? That is soooo horrible…I don’t know the story of how these ppl got the rights or whatever but in my heart and hopefully every Trinbagonian out there Maximus has the only…and I mean ONLY anthem.
