Marvin Andrews has probably led the team in prayer (Dog is an ordained pastor); Carlos Edwards will be trying to calm the butterflies in his stomach; Yorke will be engaged in text based trash talk with his ex-Man U teammates, Beckham et al. The wily Dutchman will be finalising his strategy for showing England that in football, two plus two very rarely equals four.
