Soca Warriors to Wear New Red Adidas Kits in London

With the players and coaches headed to London for Tuesday’s exhibition against Iceland, it was announced that Trinidad and Tobago will wear its new red Adidas kits for the match. Says the team equipment manager: “We used the Adidas kit in Bahrain, but that was just a temporary kit. We played in what they had had around. But against Iceland, we will wear the new kit they have designed for the “Soca Warriors” according to the sponsorship deal they have with the team. ”

As if there wasn’t reason enough to tune into this match, it will be cool to see how the guys look in the new kits. The match will be shown by delayed telecast from 8 p.m. on Channel 4 in Trinidad and Tobago.

I can’t wait to buy one of these kits. However, I’ll admit that I’m nervous to see how they look; so far, I like Nike’s “retro” kit look far more than adidas’ kits for countries like Spain, France, and Japan.

Has anyone found any sneak previews of the Soca Warriors kit online?

i am from scotland and have the finta strip, i think its really smart and i’m a little disapointed to find that its not going to be the world cup one

I saw the new kits during the streaming broadcast of the friendly vs. Iceland. They’re okay; a bit non-descript, but I’ll pick up one regardless.

Every UK based Trini must go to germany this summer after yesterday’s atmostphere. Ticket or no ticket.
Can you imagine last night’s 7980 trini’s plus those that went home for carnival and miss yesterday. Plus trini’s from US, Canada, T&T and everywhere else in the world.
I agree the kit is a bit non descriptive, the finta one wiv de Red, black and white was representative but it do matter.
The game at loftus road had a electric atmostphere, so long as we keeping the drums beating from start to finish like last night and the players continue to improve, The Kit ain’t nothing. I buying the latest one regardless.
We on fire for we team.
