Rotenburg Welcomes The Warriors

February 14th, 2006 | By: Stacy-Marie Ishmael | 1 Comment »

Say you’ve managed to get a ticket to the Warriors’ matches in Germany. Well done you. Next question: where are you going to stay?

If you’re a Warrior, it’ll be at the swish Landhaus Wachtelhof, a five-star hotel in Rotenburg, in the north-east of Germany.

The Trinidad Guardian reports that hotel owners and operators in the area are currently “in negotiations” over offering preferential rates for visiting fans, with efforts made to house students and young people free of charge with local families.

Combined with cheap bus travel negotiated with private bus companies, it would seem (at least according to The Guardian) that “it will be cheaper to stay in Rotenburg than to travel to the cities individually.”

Nice.

Looks plush and like a nice place to get the Trini party on.
