I was pulling for them every game and was impressed with how they played. I wish I were in Germany doning red and black in the stands, because they played with such passion and love for the game that a lot of other teams don't have. Onward to South Africa! I enjoyed reading your blogs. Keep your head up because the Soca Warriors played every minute full of pride, passion, and perserverance. It was an honor watching captain Dwight Yorke's most likely final game in the Trini uniform. He will always be one of my favorite football players. Just some bad luck today on not finishing some great opportunities created, the Cornell Glenn injury, and the Sancho own goal. Seemed like the ball just didn't want to go in the goal.
