T&T defender Marvin Andrews will miss our game against Sweden on Saturday, and is in doubt to start against England on the 15th.
Dog has a serious and recurring knee injury for which he has regularly refused treatment. Our imposing defender is an ordained pastor in Scotland, and has always maintained that his faith in God will heal his knee. Right now, Beenahakker must be hoping for a miracle. Failing that, he might opt for Brent Sancho (who came on for Andrews in our 1-1 draw with Peru) or Cyd Gray.
The Sweden camp is faced with its own injury worries – their starting goalie was concussed in training; Andreas Isaksson will miss our June 10th encounter.
