I’m sorry, I don’t speak Icelandic
February 11th, 2006 | By: Stacy-Marie Ishmael | No Comments »
The BBC Languages website has a couple of key phrases in Icelandic, if you’re interested in brushing up before February 28th.
A sampler:
Talar þú ensku? – Do you speak English?
Því miður, ég tala ekki íslensku – I’m sorry, I don’t speak Icelandic.
Does anyone out there know how to say, “How you like the way Yorke string-up allyuh goalie, eh?” in Icelandic?
