Halftime: T&T 1 Iceland 0
February 28th, 2006 | By: WC Bob | No Comments »
Halftime at Loftus Road in London and the Soca Warriors lead 1-0 against Iceland. Dwight Yorke got the only goal in the 10th minute after a cross by Samuel scooted past Stern John to the waiting Yorke. Both teams have had their scoring chances but there has been some dodgy forward play, especially by Stern John whose head doesn’t seem to be in the match. Not a bad half overall from the lads, but they need to tighten things up in the backline in the second half. Expect to see a number of substitutes starting the second half.
