Final: Trinidad and Tobago 2 Iceland 0
Winning feels so sweet. The Soca Warriors defeated Iceland tonight 2-0 in a game played in London. Dwight Yorke (who else?) was the hero with a pair of goals – one in the 10th minute and one in the 53rd on a penalty kick. Overall, T&T controlled this game and looked to be the better side. Defensively there were a few lapses, especially on set plays, but I would have to think that coach Leo Beenhakker will walk away from this one pleased with the result. Nearly 8,000 fans showed up at Loftus Road and you could hear the sounds of the Soca Warriors throughout the match.
I don’t know about you, but I am really excited about our chances in Germany. I think we are going to shock the world!

Hi, Me and a mate are Gillingham fans who always put club before country and we’d love to see the England vs T&T match in the company of T&T fans. We live in London, and want to see Brent Sancho and Ian Cox shock the world – where will T&T fans be gathering in the capital (preferably in a pub somewhere?)
Please let us know!
